Our model in action
Georgia is where the ASF approach was built and proven. ASF works alongside the Public Health Institute of Georgia (PHIG) — an independent national institute and our implementation partner. The two organisations are distinct: ASF is the international accreditation body headquartered in Paris; PHIG is the Georgian institute that anchors the programme nationally and serves as the official representative of Accreditation Canada in Georgia.

What the Georgia programme delivers
- Accreditation of healthcare facilities — including laboratories, diagnostic centres and specialised clinical services
- Continuing medical education (CME) and training via the ASF Academy
- A public register of accredited facilities and online certificate verification
