This is the complete public register of all facilities currently holding ASF accreditation. Listed by country, WHO region, programme, and accreditation level. Certificate numbers are publicly verifiable at france-asf.fr/verify.
The full list of accredited Georgia facilities is available on request. Individual facilities may choose whether their name is publicly listed. Contact info@accreditation.ge to verify a specific facility’s status, or use the certificate verification tool.
These facilities have joined ASF and are engaged in the accreditation process. They have completed or are undergoing their baseline survey.
Facilities in the working-towards register have provided consent for listing. To enquire about joining, visit the apply page.
Every ASF accreditation certificate carries a unique QR code. Scanning the code takes the user to a live verification page showing the facility name, programme, accreditation level, date of award, and current status.
Patients, payers, government bodies, and donors can verify any facility’s accreditation status independently — without contacting ASF.
ASF certificates are valid for 12 months. Renewal requires an annual survey confirming continued minimum standards compliance. Certificates that are not renewed are removed from this public register — the register is always current.
