4. On-site survey
An independent, multidisciplinary survey team evaluates real practice through tracer methodology: following the patient’s journey through your facility, speaking with staff, observing care.
5. Accreditation decision
The independent accreditation committee reviews the survey findings and issues the decision, with a detailed report and improvement recommendations.
6. Continuous improvement
Accreditation is a cycle, not an event: monitoring, follow-up on recommendations, and re-accreditation keep quality moving in one direction — forward.
The next generation: continuous accreditation
