Verify a Certificate

Check the validity of an ASF certificate in seconds.

Every certificate issued through ASF programmes can be independently verified. Verification is instant, public, and requires no registration.

How to verify

Three ways to check any ASF certificate.

1

Online — by certificate number

Use the certificate number printed on the document. Enter it at certificate.ge to confirm the facility name, certificate scope, date of issue, date of last survey, and current accreditation status.

2

Online — by facility name

Search the public register by facility name or location. Every accredited facility is listed; status is updated in real time including any suspension.

3

By email

If a certificate cannot be found in the register, or if a document appears inconsistent, contact info@accreditation.ge with the facility name and certificate number. We respond within 2 working days.

What verification confirms

  • The facility name and address
  • The scope of accreditation (general medicine, specialist, add-ons)
  • Date of most recent survey
  • Current accreditation status (accredited / in monitoring / suspended)
  • Whether the certificate is currently valid

Important

A valid ASF certificate means the facility is currently enrolled in continuous monitoring and was assessed against ASF standards at its most recent survey. If a certificate cannot be verified, do not assume it is valid — contact us.

The Georgia programme register is hosted at certificate.ge. Certificates from the ASF international programme are listed on this page.
