The ASF accreditation certificate covers the building, the people, and the training they receive. ASF Verified covers the companies that keep the hospital running — suppliers of goods and services, and providers of clinical and non-clinical training.
For organisations supplying goods or services to accredited healthcare facilities. Independent assessment against defined quality criteria. Published result. Integration into the ASF accreditation framework for member facilities.
For organisations delivering clinical or non-clinical training to healthcare staff. Benchmarked against UEMS and European CME standards — not as an endorsement, but as a structured independent assessment against a published international reference.
Submit your organisation profile, service scope, and relevant documentation. Assessment fee is fixed and published — independent of outcome. The evaluation branch plays no role in pricing.
Independent review against the published criteria for your track. For training providers: benchmarking against UEMS/European CME standards. For suppliers: against ASF quality and safety criteria for the relevant category.
Results are published in the ASF Verified directory. Verified organisations receive a digital mark for use on their own materials. The directory is publicly accessible and linked from every accredited facility’s profile.
Verified status is renewed annually. Organisations that no longer meet criteria are removed from the directory. The mark cannot be bought, only earned — and re-earned.
Assessment fee fixed. Published. Independent of outcome. The assessment fee is set, published and paid before the assessment begins. The body that sets and collects the fee is the Technical Support branch. The body that conducts the assessment is the Evaluation branch. They do not share personnel, budget lines, or decision-making authority. A rejected applicant pays the same fee as an approved one. No organisation can buy a result — only an assessment.
