One account for the ASF website and all ASF services. Upload certificates, track CME/CPD, print your passport.
A personal, portable, verifiable credential for every member of staff at an ASF-accredited facility. It follows the individual — not the institution — and is verified by QR code in seconds.
Below is a representative ASF Training Passport. Every Passport carries a unique identifier and a QR code linking to the live verification record at certificate.ge.
Sample only. All names and numbers shown are illustrative.
When a facility joins ASF, every staff member receives a Passport automatically — no separate enrolment. The Passport number is unique, permanent, and linked to the individual.
Every ASF Academy course or ASF Verified Provider course completed is recorded in the Passport within 24 hours. CME/CPD credit count updates automatically. No manual entry by the facility.
Scanning the QR code opens the live record at certificate.ge — name, facility, status, courses completed, CME/CPD totals. Always current. No printout can be forged.
If a staff member moves to another ASF-accredited facility, the Passport moves with them. Courses already completed do not need to be repeated unless the standard has changed.
For time-limited certifications — medication safety, fire safety, BLS — the Passport sends automatic reminders 60 days before expiry to the holder and the facility quality coordinator.
The QR code is a public verification link. No login. No registration. No fee. Anyone who scans it sees the same live professional record.
Who uses the QR code
During annual surveys, the surveyor scans a sample of staff Passports to verify training compliance. Instant, live, no paperwork.
National regulators can verify workforce training compliance without contacting the facility or waiting for documentation.
Health insurers contracting with accredited facilities can independently verify that clinical staff hold current, relevant training.
A patient can scan the QR code on a staff badge to verify the nurse treating them holds current patient safety training. Transparency at the point of care.
A facility recruiting staff can verify a Training Passport before hiring — the same way a university verifies a degree. No forgery risk. No delay.
ASF Academy courses benchmarked against UEMS/EACCME criteria. ECMEC credits recognised in 40+ countries and convertible to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for US physicians.
Modules in quality improvement, patient safety and complaint management designed to meet French DPC (Développement Professionnel Continu) criteria. French staff should confirm ANDPC programme registration.
Evidence-based practice and QI modules designed against RCPSC MOC Section 2 and CFPC Mainpro+ criteria. Canadian physicians use Passport hours for annual MOC/Mainpro+ submissions.
Your Passport is yours. It goes with you. Every course you complete is documented, timestamped, and credited — regardless of where you work now.
The Passport replaces paper training files, manual CPD logs, and pre-survey scrambles to prove workforce compliance. Always current. Always verifiable.
Aggregate Training Passport data across an ASF network produces the first structured, independently verified picture of health workforce training in countries where this data did not previously exist.
The Training Passport is designed in compliance with EU GDPR, French Loi Informatique et Libertés, Swiss nFADP, and Georgian data protection law.
Public QR shows only professional credentials. Personal contact details are never included.
The complete course list is visible only to the holder and, with explicit consent, to named facility coordinators and ASF surveyors.
A Passport holder may request erasure at any time. Erasure takes effect within 30 days.
EU-jurisdiction servers, TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest. Access limited to authorised ASF staff and the holder.
