What membership includes

Twenty services. One relationship. No extras billed.

01

Quality Coordinator

ASF becomes your quality department. A dedicated coordinator, remotely embedded, available monthly. We do not visit your quality team — we become it.

02

Baseline Assessment

Every member starts with a real baseline. “Never below baseline, always improving.” The only direction is up.

03

Core Quality Indicators

From data you already collect. Same report, one more recipient. No new forms created only for us.

04

Incident Reporting

Managed by ASF. More reports mean more learning — not more blame. Rising incident counts are scored upward.

05

Patient Council

An independent council of real patients, convened and trained by ASF. Never controlled by the hospital. Documented at pacienti.ge.

06

Complaint & Ombudsman

Every complaint — paper, online, or social media — reaches ASF first. Acknowledged in 5 working days, responded in 10. We take neither side. Compare this with the hospital’s own form: filled in, sent, gone into a black hole.

07

Safe Pathways

Tracer methodology: real patient journeys traced through your facility. Clinical, administrative, pharmaceutical.

08

Staff Safety-Culture Survey

Anonymous. Validated. Run by ASF. Results go to the patient council and the quality report — not to HR to file.

09

Monthly Quality Report

One page. Plain language. Key indicators, complaint summary, praise by name, and the one issue to fix before next month.

10

Training & Training Passport

Essential trainings for all staff. ASF Academy at 50% discount. A Training Passport per staff member — portable, verifiable.

11

Document Toolkit

Policies, procedures, forms and templates adapted to your scale. Ready to use, not to file.

12

Mock Survey & Roadmap

A full pre-accreditation rehearsal. You see where you stand before anything is at stake. A prioritised roadmap follows.

13

Path to Accreditation

~24 months to first award. Three-tier enforcement: extended deadline → formal notice to governing body + council → suspension. The seal cannot be bought, only kept.

14

Recognition from Day One

Member register listing, verified digital badge, profile on news.gmj.ge, GMJ publication support, conference access.

15

Verified Training Providers

Benchmarked against UEMS and European CME standards. Feed directly into the Training Passport.

16

Verified Supplier Chain

Calibration, consumables, facility services. The ASF Verified mark covers the building and everything in it. ASF Verified →

17

Digital Presence

Hospital profile, doctors promoted by name, stories syndicated across the ASF media network.

18

Scientific Writing Support

Workshops in writing for publication. GMJ editorial guidance. We support the writing — we never influence the verdict. Peer review stays independent.

19

Annual Report

In four formats: PDF, one-minute film, podcast episode, and peer-reviewed article.

20

International Patient Care

Your facility listed for international patients — backed by live indicators, not a brochure.

Add-on certifications

Available alongside membership: dialysis • IVF & reproductive medicine • maternal-perinatal care • laboratory • telehealth • sustainability. Quoted separately.

The monitoring rhythm

Monthly light. Quarterly deep. Annual comprehensive.

Monthly (~1 hour)

Indicator upload. Incident log review. Complaint update. One-page report issued. No site visit required.

Quarterly (half-day)

Q1: medication safety. Q2: infection prevention. Q3: safe pathways. Q4: annual review. Patient council meets. Working session, not an inspection.

Annual (survey)

Full survey at published price. Both patient surveys. Annual report produced. Conference attendance. Accreditation decision issued.

The Baseline Principle

“Never below baseline, always improving.”

Accreditation is valid only while monitoring continues. Sustained deterioration over approximately two quarters triggers review. Reported incidents are scored upward: a hospital that reports more is learning. A hospital that reports none is hiding. No document is created only for ASF.
