In-Country Support Services

Accreditation doesn’t end when the surveyors leave.

Most international bodies hand over a report. ASF builds a permanent support structure inside your country — local advisers, monthly visits, staff training, patient councils, evidence systems — so your facility stays standards-ready every month, not just at survey time.

The ASF Approach

Not remote. Not occasional. Embedded.

Traditional international accreditation bodies assess your facility once every few years, issue a report, and leave. Between surveys, hospitals in countries with limited health infrastructure are largely on their own — managing documentation, running patient councils, and preparing evidence without structured support. That is where quality improvements stall and where accreditation becomes a trophy rather than a standard.

ASF operates differently. We build an in-country presence: offices, trained local advisers, monthly visit schedules, and digital infrastructure. The model was built and proven in Georgia — producing the country’s first formally accredited hospitals and a 2022 ministerial decree — and is now being adapted for each new country we enter.

Georgia — proven at scale

Three offices (Tbilisi · Kutaisi · Batumi), 50+ facilities in active support, the country’s first accreditations in history, a ministerial decree embedding ASF standards in national policy. Eight years of continuous in-country operation.

New countries — bespoke structure

Each country programme is designed around local adviser capacity, number of facilities in the cohort, and existing health system infrastructure. Pricing is quoted at programme level — not per-service.

National Programme
Country Cohort Entry

For ministries, health authorities, or hospital networks enrolling multiple facilities simultaneously. ASF designs the local adviser network, recruits and trains country-specific surveyors, establishes patient council infrastructure, and manages the cohort as a national programme. Georgia (50+ facilities in active support) is the flagship national programme.

Pricing by Country

Georgia is the baseline. Every country is different.

Georgia is ASF’s most mature market — three offices, an established local adviser network, proven workflows, and scale built over eight years. Pricing there reflects that efficiency.

When ASF enters a new country, the subscription price is calculated around three factors that are specific to each national context. The Georgia price is a floor — not a universal rate.

1 — Cohort size

The more facilities ASF supports in a country simultaneously, the lower the per-facility cost. A cohort of ten hospitals shares adviser time, training logistics, and platform infrastructure. Ministries and networks that enrol as a group receive cohort pricing.

2 — Local adviser structure

Every country requires trained local advisers who deliver visits, run training, and liaise between facilities and the ASF international team. Adviser costs depend on local professional rates, travel logistics, and the number of specialists required per facility type and accreditation stage.

3 — In-country infrastructure

Countries with an established ASF office carry lower fixed costs per facility. New country programmes include a setup phase — typically 6–12 months — during which the adviser network is recruited, trained, and embedded before the subscription model begins.
