Register your facility
Registration opens your facility portal. It does not by itself confer any accreditation status, and it creates no public registry entry — that happens only after a final decision. Basic facility information only; ASF asks for nothing you would not put on a letterhead.

Process
Portal password by email → sign in → upload evidence per criterion → ASF confirms classification → survey scheduled → decision → public registry entry.
