Every fee change and every standards or policy revision, kept here permanently — not just announced once and forgotten.
Why this page exists: ASF’s own rules state that a fee cannot change without six months’ public notice, and a policy touching the Seven Constitutional Protections needs a supermajority. Those rules only mean something if the notices themselves stay findable years later. This page is that permanent record.

Full policy alignment with the Public Health Institute of Georgia
ASF’s 47 institutional policies fully aligned with PHIG’s equivalent framework — same structure, same categories, differing only by governing law (French vs. Georgian). See Governance and Policies.
Accreditation fee schedule republished: monthly billing
Accreditation fees moved to monthly billing by World Bank income tier (Georgia: €300/month); Coordinator and Monitor certification confirmed as an annual fee, paid once a year in full. See published fees.
Facility Readiness Checklists, Readiness Bundle Builder, and Mock Drill Templates published
New free resources added: department-by-department readiness checklists, a personalised bundle generator, and fillable mock drill report templates for Fire, Medical Emergency, and Missing Person drills.
ASF Indicator Programme and Serious Incident Learning System established
Two new standing frameworks published: a shared cross-facility quality indicator set, and a voluntary serious-incident reporting and learning system. Both open for facility participation from day one.

- A fee change is announced here at least six months before it takes effect, per the published fee-change rule.
- Older entries are never deleted, only added to — this page only grows.
