ASF Policies
Every policy that governs how ASF conducts itself — published in full, reviewed on a fixed cycle, and open to public comment before any change.
How policies are changed: Every policy carries a review date. Proposed changes are published for a minimum 30-day public comment period before adoption. Changes to policies that touch the Seven Constitutional Protections require the supermajority process described on the constitutional protections page.

Conflict of Interest Policy
Who is covered, what constitutes a conflict, declaration requirements, the public register, and consequences. ASF-GOV-COI-v1.
Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy
Zero tolerance for bribery in any form. Gifts, hospitality, facilitation payments, and the consequences for facilities, Monitors, and ASF staff.
Standards and Assessment Policies
Language and Translation Policy
Assessment in the national language of healthcare practice. ASF funds translation for ADC review. No English-language requirement for any facility.
Open Access and Intellectual Property Policy
All standards are free and publicly accessible — constitutionally. How ASF licenses its materials and what facilities may and may not do with them.
Digital Health and AI Policy
How ASF standards apply to telemedicine, AI-assisted diagnosis, electronic health records, and digital patient safety.
Research Ethics and Human Subjects Policy
Ethical requirements for research conducted at or about ASF-accredited facilities, including the pilot cohort evaluation.
Protection and Inclusion Policies
Child Safety and Vulnerable Populations Policy
