Why one day works: By visit day the supervisor has three years of quarterly submissions with evidence declarations, the annual virtual milestone review records across the cycle, the Monitor’s complete in-facility verification of 100% of criteria (ASF-MON-STD-v1.1, Standard B3), and the full Improvement Plan trajectory. This is structurally identical to ISO 9001 certification auditing — the most widely adopted quality standard in history.
Sampling Methodology
The supervisor does not re-verify everything — the Monitor already did that. The supervisor spot-checks the Monitor’s work and independently confirms the highest-stakes criteria.
