Three-Layer Total Cost — Full Disclosure
ASF is the only accreditation body that publishes the complete three-layer cost estimate for a representative facility at each income tier. This is a constitutional commitment — not a marketing choice.
| Layer | Component | Who sets it |
|---|---|---|
| Layer 1 — Direct fees | Annual registration + supervisor visit | ASF — published |
| Layer 2 — Indirect costs | Coordinator training + Monitor engagement | ASF Academy (training) + market (Monitor day rate) |
| Layer 3 — Opportunity costs | Staff time for quarterly administration | Estimated and published per facility type |
Full three-layer estimates by facility type and income tier are published at france-asf.fr/about/transparency/three-layer-cost/
