Two packages, billed monthly, all prices in euros and excluding VAT. The yearly assessment, Coordinator and Monitor certification, and e-learning for all staff are included — no lump sums. Estimate your own cost below. This is the only place on the ASF site where prices appear.
Georgia — Choose a Package
Billed monthly, all year, every year. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT (18% in Georgia).

Value is calculated at ASF’s standalone list prices for each service. The packages bundle them at a lower monthly price.
Certification — The Faster, Lighter Path
A separate track from the Accreditation packages above. Certification uses the same tool and the same criteria, at lighter thresholds, delivered locally through a National Adaptation Partner. See the full Certification pathway and tier comparison.

Base membership and assessment fees vary by facility type and complexity; other facility types are priced as Certification becomes available for them. The physical assessment is only billed if the online assessment is passed.
No annual lock-in on the e-learning add-on. Billed monthly like every other ASF fee, excluding VAT (18% in Georgia).

ISO Modules and ISO Ready Products
Separate from accreditation. ISO modules are add-ons for ASF-accredited facilities. ISO Ready packs help a facility prepare for ISO certification; ASF prepares organizations and does not certify them. All prices in euros, excluding VAT (18% in Georgia).

ISO 15189 Ready prices are per laboratory. ASF does not certify against ISO 9001 or accredit against ISO 15189; certification and accreditation are issued by independent bodies.
Coordinator and Monitor: Your Own Staff or Independent Professionals
Every facility needs a certified Coordinator to run its quarterly cycle and a certified Monitor to verify it — never the same person. Use your own staff, or engage independent certified professionals and agree their fee with them directly. ASF recommends certified people and takes no commission. As a guide, a Coordinator visiting once a week costs about €300 a month. Training is delivered by GMJ Academy, ASF’s training platform partner.

How Billing Works
The package is billed monthly. The yearly assessment and certifications are included, so nothing arrives as a lump sum. Extras are billed when used. Fees cannot change without six months’ public notice, ADC review, and a Board majority vote.
