Small Facility Track
The facilities that most need quality improvement are often the least able to sustain quarterly administrative cycles. ASF has a specific track for them.
Who This Track Is For
- Primary health clinics
- Home care providers
- Fitness and wellness facilities
- Telemedicine services
- Any facility with fewer than 20 clinical staff
- Non-profit or community-operated facilities in any income tier
How It Differs
| Element | Standard Track | Small Facility Track |
|---|---|---|
| Submissions per year | 4 (quarterly) | 2 (biannual) |
| Monitor verification | Q2 online + Q4 in-facility | 1 in-facility per year |
| Criteria scope (Year 1) | All criteria | Non-Negotiable + Core only |
| Group Coordinator | One per facility | One may serve up to 5 small facilities |
| Annual supervision | One day | Half day (combined with Monitor visit) |
| Fee | Standard income-tier | Non-profit tier (€50) if verified |
The Natural Entry Point
For most small facilities, start with ASF Certification via a local NAP — recognition in weeks with no quarterly cycle required. The Small Facility Track then provides a sustainable path from Certification to full Accreditation over 12–24 months.
