About this corpus. These governance documents were issued as the 2026 edition of ASF’s institutional framework. Their governance, ethics and quality-system provisions are in force. Process descriptions that refer to “surveyors” and multi-year “surveys” predate the current ASF Model (Four Named Roles, quarterly cycle, one-day annual visit); documents written entirely around the earlier process are listed under Previous edition below and link to the pages that replace them.
