Become a Certified ASF Coordinator

The Accreditation Coordinator manages the quality improvement process for a registered facility. This is a professional role with a public credential, a defined scope, and real accountability.

What a Coordinator Does

  • Operates the ASF self-assessment tool on behalf of the facility
  • Submits all quarterly reports with evidence declarations
  • Maintains the facility’s evidence file
  • Coordinates between the facility, the Monitor, and ASF
  • Submits and tracks the Improvement Plan each quarter
  • Communicates with the Director to obtain quarterly and annual sign-offs

What a Coordinator Does Not Do

  • Conduct independent verification of any criterion
  • Sign as the Responsible Person or Director
  • Select, hire, or influence the Monitor’s appointment
  • Make any accreditation claim on behalf of the facility
