Overview
Accréditation Sans Frontières is an international healthcare accreditation body, founded in Paris in 2020 under the French Law of 1 July 1901, with operations in Geneva and Tbilisi. ASF accredits healthcare facilities that major accreditors do not reach — solo and micro practitioners, and facilities in limited-resource and conflict-affected settings — to the same rigorous, patient-safety standard applied everywhere else. This page is the single entry point to ASF’s complete accreditation architecture: its standards, its governance, and the people who deliver it.
The three accreditation tracks
ASF develops and verifies its work against all three tracks of ISQua EEA’s International Accreditation Programme — using their publicly available standards as a quality benchmark, independent of any paid assessment.
802 criteria across Hospital, Ambulatory, LTC, PHC, Fitness, Telemedicine, Home Care, Laboratory, and Medical Transport.

Where this stands today
Every standard and policy on this site has been verified, criterion by criterion, against the publicly available ISQua EEA documents — not merely mapped at a structural level. ASF has not engaged ISQua EEA’s paid third-party assessment; this documentation is built to withstand independent review on its own evidentiary strength, for submission to EU, government, and institutional donor audiences.
