Every SOP, Every Form, Done For You

“I need SOPs.” It’s the first thing almost every director or medical manager says when accreditation comes up. Here’s exactly what that means at ASF — and what happens when a document you need genuinely doesn’t exist yet.

You’ve heard it in your own building, probably this month: a manager or a physician says, almost reflexively, “we need SOPs, we need protocols, we need the forms.” It’s the single most common anxiety accreditation raises — not the standard itself, but the blank page underneath it. Where do thirty, fifty, a hundred documents actually come from?

At ASF, that question has a direct answer, and it’s been published, with real prices, since September 2026. This page says it plainly, in one place, instead of leaving it buried in a 17-page policy document.

What you actually get

The Standard Operating Procedures, policies, templates, forms, and guidelines a facility needs to meet the standard are provided — not described, not left for the facility to draft from scratch. Two real mechanisms deliver this, and most facilities eventually use both:

  • ISO 9001 Ready document packs. A complete, facility-type-specific library — over 100 documents for Ambulatory Clinics and for Fitness & Wellness facilities, with equivalent libraries for every facility type ASF accredits. Every document name is visible in a free public index before anything is purchased.
  • Local Advisory Services — ongoing, as-needed. A Dedicated Accreditation Coordinator, delivered locally, whose published scope includes providing “Standard Operating Procedures, policies, templates, forms, guidelines, and other technical documents needed to implement applicable requirements, provided progressively according to need and accreditation stage” — the exact wording published in ASF Local Advisory Services (ASF-LAS-001-v1), Section 2.7.

If something’s genuinely missing — a form specific to your facility’s exact service mix, a protocol the standard library doesn’t cover — the Coordinator relationship exists specifically to produce it, not just to search a fixed catalogue and come back empty-handed. That’s what “provided progressively according to need” means in practice.

Two real paths, and how they differ

What you need ISO 9001 Ready Local Advisory Services
A complete starting document set Yes — download the full pack Yes — delivered progressively by the Coordinator
A document that doesn’t exist in any library yet Not covered Produced according to need
Someone to actually implement the documents with staff Not included Included — on-site Coordinator time
How it’s unlocked Full pack unlocks at Accreditation Separate local contract, any stage

They’re not competitors. ISO 9001 Ready gives a facility the complete reference library to read, adapt, and compare against. Local Advisory Services puts a person on-site who closes the specific, individual gaps that library can’t anticipate — and keeps producing documents as the facility’s needs change, not just once at the start.

Why this is stated this plainly

Generating a generic SOP template takes a language model about a minute. That’s not the value here, and ASF doesn’t pretend otherwise. The value is a document set built specifically for your facility type, cross-referenced to the exact standard criteria it has to satisfy, delivered by someone who stays accountable for whether it actually gets implemented — not just whether it got written.

In one sentence: ASF provides the complete set of SOPs, protocols, and forms a facility needs to work functionally and succeed at accreditation — and when something specific is missing, it gets developed, not just searched for.
