Why fixed prices, when most consultants only quote

Most ISO consultants won’t publish a price — you have to submit a request and wait for a custom quote before you know what anything costs. ASF publishes its three core package prices below, in full, before you ever contact us.

Every package below has a published fixed fee — see it right now, no form required. The included-items list under each price is the full scope: training days, document sets, audit support, everything, spelled out before you commit.

Why some rows still say “Request a quote”: add-on services and multi-site/large-organization scopes genuinely vary by headcount, currency and timeline — quoting them individually keeps the number accurate for your case rather than publishing a figure that would be wrong for most readers. The three core packages above, which cover the vast majority of engagements, are fixed and published in full.

The 3-Year ISO Certification Cycle

ISO certificates are valid for 3 years — with annual surveillance audits in years 1 and 2. Budget accordingly.

Initial Certification

Stage 1 + Stage 2 audit by your chosen certification body. ASF consulting fee covers this preparation.

ASF fee: included in package

Year 1 & 2

Annual Surveillance

Shorter annual audit by the certification body. ASF offers optional pre-surveillance support.

Full Recertification

Full re-audit by the certification body to renew your certificate for another 3 years.

Pricing Questions

Are the fees above the total cost of getting ISO certified?

No. The fees above are ASF’s consulting fees only. You will also pay the certification body (Bureau Veritas, SGS, Lloyd’s, TÜV, Intertek, etc.) for the actual audit and certificate. ASF helps you choose a body and get competitive quotes.

Are these fixed fees or estimates?

These are standard fixed fees for organizations of typical size (up to ~150 staff). For larger organizations or multi-site scopes, we provide a custom quote after a free scoping call.

What currency are these fees in?

Fees are quoted in Georgian Lari (₾). Invoices can be issued in GEL or EUR at the prevailing National Bank rate on invoice date.

What if we fail the certification audit?

Our consulting fee covers corrective action response support if nonconformities are raised. If the organization fails Stage 2 and needs a re-audit, we will support the corrective action process at no additional charge for the first cycle.

Is the Dual Pathway really cheaper than buying ISO 9001 Ready + ASF separately?

Yes. Because significant documentation work overlaps between ASF accreditation and ISO 9001, we can deliver both frameworks in a single integrated engagement for less than the sum of parts.
