Purpose
Records each rehearsal of the mass-casualty plan, each alert code drill and each downtime drill, with a written debrief.
How to complete
- Record each drill with the date and the scenario.
- Write the debrief and the actions.
- Check every code and every plan has a drill in the last 12 months.
