Staff Credentialing and Competence Policy

What it is

A one-page staff credentialing and competence policy template for adoption by the facility's board: before starting, scope of practice, induction, continuing competence, re-verification, concerns. Fill in the facility name, the owner and the dates, adopt, display, train.

Adopt at the board; sign; display where relevant; include in induction; review every two years.
