What it marks
Medical records office — where patients request copies of their records.
Where to place it
Administration corridor; reference it from reception. Mount the green band at 1.5–1.7 m; the pictogram is legible at four metres. For corridors, add a directional arrow beside the sign rather than on it.
A4 for doors, A3 for corridors and entrances. Print on rigid PVC or laminate the paper. Keep the ASF seal and QR at the foot — that is the only condition of use.
