A condensed edition of the WHO IPC Assessment Framework (IPCAF): programme, guidelines, education, surveillance, multimodal strategies, monitoring and feedback, workload and bed occupancy, built environment — 3 questions each, 800 points.

IPC lead with the medical director, annually; the score goes in the annual quality report and on the IPC notice board.
