Three logins, one system
Login 1
Dashboard, documents with the six-stage stepper, records calendar with reminders, training matrix filled from the Passport, audit calendar, nonconformity log, management-review inputs assembled automatically, sessions and helpdesk — and Export everything, any time.
Login 2
All clients on one screen: readiness, overdue items, next session, open tickets. Inside a client, the same dashboard you see, plus session records and the gap report mapped to documents. Every consultant action appears in your activity log — nothing hidden.
Login 3
You create it: name, certification body, valid dates, scope. Read-only. Sees documents, stages, versions, records, training matrix, calendar, actions, minutes; downloads anything; edits nothing; never sees helpdesk or consultant notes. Every view logged; expires automatically.

Built on what you already have
The platform adds nothing you must learn. Its data model is the documentation pack you receive: the same codes, tiers, modules and forms. The generator creates every document’s first row the moment it creates your pack; the intake’s responsible persons become the document owners; the ASF Academy fills the training matrix through the Passport; the audit calendar, the nonconformity form and the management-review inputs are the same tools already published free on this site — here they are filled in for you.

The safety rules — true before launch
Rule
Nightly export of every client's documents and records to off-site storage; you can export everything yourself at any moment; the paper folder remains the record of authority.
Rule
Two-factor login, individual accounts, role-based access, auditor links that expire and are logged, encryption in transit and at rest, EU hosting, a data-processing agreement per client.
Rule
Daily backups, restore tested every quarter and the test recorded.
Rule
Full export in open formats within five days on request; account deletion on request. The documents are the product; the platform is the easy way to run them.
