Purpose
Records the time suspected sepsis was recognised, and the time antibiotics and fluids were given, for each suspected case.
How to complete
- Record each suspected case when it is recognised (HOS-SOP-003).
- Record the time antibiotics and fluids were given.
- Record the minutes from recognition, and the reason where the time was over the target.
