The Public Registry
Every ASF-accredited and certified facility, every certified professional, and every accreditation decision is on the public record. Verification takes seconds.
Constitutional Protection 6: The public registry is part of the annual accountability commitment. Facilities that lose accreditation are shown as such — downgrades are published, not hidden.
Accredited and Certified Facilities
The registry lists every facility by name, country, city, facility type, tier badge, last decision date, and next review due. It is searchable and it is the authoritative record — if a facility claims ASF accreditation and is not on the registry, the claim is false.
Georgian facilities
All ASF-certified and accredited facilities in Georgia are listed on certificate.ge — the PHIG registry, maintained in Georgian and English.
Global registry
The global searchable registry is in development. Until it is live, facilities outside Georgia can be verified by emailing info@accreditation.ge with the facility name and country.
Verify a Certificate
Every ASF certificate carries a QR code linking to the registry entry. Scan it with any phone camera. Result: tier, current status, last decision date, next review due. If the QR code does not resolve to an entry on certificate.ge or the ASF registry, the certificate is not valid.
Certified Coordinators and Monitors
Every certified professional holds a credential number — AC-XXXXX for Coordinators, AM-XXXXX for Monitors. The credential is listed with name, facility type designation, certification date, and expiry. External Monitors available for hire are listed with contact details.
| Role | Credential format | Validity | Where listed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Accreditation Coordinator | AC-XXXXX | 3 years | ASF registry (in development); GMJ Academy for Georgian credentials |
| Accreditation Monitor | AM-XXXXX | 2 years | ASF registry (in development); GMJ Academy for Georgian credentials |
| ASF Supervisor | AS-XXXXX | 2 years | ASF registry (in development) |

Report a Concern
Any person — patient, family, staff, or regulator — can submit a confidential concern about an ASF-accredited facility. ASF responds within 30 days. Substantive concerns trigger unannounced re-verification.
