Antibiotic Time-Out — 48 to 72 Hours

What it is

A sticker-sized review card (six per sheet) for the 48–72-hour antibiotic time-out: is there still an infection, what do the cultures show, can it be narrowed, can it go oral, what is the stop date — with the documentation line.
