Antimicrobial Stewardship Programme — Starter Kit for a Small Hospital

What it is

A one-page programme design for facilities with no stewardship programme: governance, the minimum team, the four starter interventions (AWaRe formulary, time-out, restricted list, prophylaxis rule), the three metrics, and the first-year calendar.
