The WHO Global Competency Standards for health workers serving refugees and migrants (2021) condensed to a self-assessment: five domains — people-centredness, communication, collaboration, evidence-informed practice, personal conduct — with four statements each, rated novice to proficient, and the team summary.

Every clinical and reception staff member at induction and annually; aggregated by the facility for the Refugee & Migrant Health endorsement.
