What it is
A one-page supplement to the registration form for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants: language and interpreter need, origin and journey, arrival date, legal status and entitlements (asked to help, never to exclude), health screening on arrival, medications brought, priorities — with the safeguarding prompts.
