Georgia NAP established. ISO 15189 Ready module launched. SheniEkimi Certification pilot initiated.

Accréditation Sans Frontières is registered under French law as a non-profit association (association loi 1901), registered in Paris. Publication of annual accounts and activity reports is a statutory obligation under both French law and ASF’s constitutional protections.
Activity
Georgia NAP — PHIG
The ASF-PHIG National Adaptation Partner Agreement was formally concluded. The Public Health Institute of Georgia became ASF’s first National Adaptation Partner. The SheniEkimi Certification programme at certificate.ge was formally aligned with ASF certification standards and thresholds.
ISO 15189 Ready Module
The ISO 15189 Ready add-on module was developed and published, comprising 10 delta criteria for laboratory facilities mapped against ISO 15189:2022 requirements. The module is available for laboratory-type facilities that have completed an ASF self-assessment.
Training Infrastructure
The ASF Academy training catalogue expanded to 75 courses. Coordinator certification pathway (8 hours per facility type, 80% pass mark) and Monitor certification pathway (16 hours per facility type, 85% pass mark) formally established. First cohort of Coordinators and Monitors entered training.
Standards Activity
Hospital Standard revised to v2.0 incorporating updated WHO Global Patient Safety Action Plan 2021–2030 alignment. ISO 9001 and ISO 15189 crosswalk documentation updated. Evidence base citations added to all criteria.
