Version 9.0 · Base standards: 1 to 19 · Optional modules: 20 to 29. Each standard is one page. Its sub-standards are the numbered criteria on that page, with the classification and verification questions for each.

A facility is accredited for the base standards. It declares any optional module that covers a service it provides, and that module’s criteria then apply in addition.
