What it is
A card for iodinated and gadolinium contrast: the pre-contrast questions (previous reaction, asthma, kidney disease, metformin, pregnancy), the kidney-function rule, the reaction grades with the treatment (mild, moderate, severe/anaphylaxis with adrenaline dosing), the emergency drugs to keep in the CT room, and the reporting line.
