What it is
A fitness-to-travel checklist (clinical stability, wound and drain status, thrombosis risk and prophylaxis for the flight, mobility, pain control on oral medicines, oxygen not needed, companion, medicines and documents for the journey) and the handover letter structure to the home-country clinician (SBAR format, treatment, implants, complications, medicines, what to watch for, contacts).
Where to use it
