What it is
The disclosure document for international patients: the all-inclusive price and exactly what it covers, the exclusions with their prices, the complications policy (who pays for treatment of a complication, readmission, extended stay, revision), cancellation and refund terms, currency and payment, the insurer's role, and the independent complaint route.

English master edition. Georgian and other translations are added as they are clinically reviewed. Any facility may translate, add its logo and adapt wording to local practice — keeping the ASF block, the source attribution and the licence line on the sheet.
