Why this training is needed: A severe allergic reaction is a fast-moving medical emergency, and the failure point is almost never the kitchen’s ability to accommodate a request — it’s the chain of communication from guest to server to kitchen breaking somewhere along the way. This module teaches the process, not just ingredient knowledge.
