Why this training is needed: Cleaning quality varies enormously between properties with no written standard — this module, adapted from WHO facility-level infection prevention guidance, converts “clean the room” into a consistent, repeatable sequence that survives staff turnover rather than depending on each individual housekeeper’s personal habits.
