Why this training is needed: Bed bugs are one of the most reputation-destroying incidents in hospitality precisely because untrained staff respond wrong — cleaning a room and rebooking it immediately is the single most common mistake, and it’s how one incident becomes an infestation. This module exists specifically to correct that instinct.
