Purpose
Records the falls prevention training of every staff member who cares for patients. Links to the hospital falls procedure (PSF-SOP-001) and guideline (PSF-GDL-001).
How to complete
- Enter each patient-facing staff member and the course completed.
- Enter the date of each refresher.
- Review quarterly against the list of patient-facing staff.
