Purpose
Records the patient-specific check of the aircraft, cabin layout and equipment before departure, and the operator contract.
How to complete
- Complete before departure, at the aircraft.
- Check the cabin layout and equipment against the patient’s needs.
- Record the operator contract reference. The aircraft’s own certificate stays with its aviation authority.
