Purpose
Records the documented advice on safe travel timing after the procedure, including the blood clot risk from recent surgery and air travel.
How to complete
- Discuss the safe travel timing with the patient.
- Explain the blood clot risk from surgery combined with air travel.
- Record the advice given and the date the patient may travel.
