Purpose
Records each quality assurance test and calibration of imaging equipment, by a qualified person, and any equipment taken out of use.
How to complete
- Record each test on the schedule.
- Record the result and the person who carried it out.
- Record any failure, when equipment was taken out of use, and when it passed again.
