4. Self-Assessment Findings

Conducted Q4 2026 by QMS Coordinator; reviewed by ASF President. All 11 Principles Fully Met. One area for improvement (not a gap): surveyor pool size is currently limited; a recruitment plan is in place. ASF welcomes the ISQua EEA external evaluation as independent verification of this self-assessment.

Prof. Giorgi Pkhakadze, MD, MPH, PhD, President of Accréditation Sans Frontières, certifies that the documents listed are genuine, current, operational ASF governance documents; that the governance framework described is implemented in day-to-day operations; and that all documents will be made available for inspection by ISQua EEA assessors upon request.
