Purpose
Lists every vehicle and aircraft used for patient transfer, with its owner or contract, equipment, operator and inspection status.
How to complete
- Add each vehicle or aircraft before its first transfer.
- Update the inspection status at each inspection.
- Remove any vehicle or aircraft that leaves service, and check it is not in use.
