Remote Prescribing — Rules Card

What it is

A rules card for prescribing after a remote consultation: conditions for any remote prescription (identity, record access, examination adequate), medicines that may be prescribed remotely, those that require in-person assessment, controlled drugs, transmission to the pharmacy, and the record.
