What it is
A card for acute transfusion reactions: the signs, the immediate universal actions, the three severity categories with the specific management (mild allergic, febrile non-haemolytic, severe — anaphylaxis, acute haemolytic, bacterial contamination, TRALI), the samples to send, and the report.
