What it is
The layout of a ward quality board visible to patients and visitors: the ward's five safety measures with this month's figures and run charts, the current PDSA improvement, praise from patients, learning from incidents (anonymised), the Patient Council and Patient Voice QR, and the ward's promise — with the rules for keeping it honest.
Where to use it
Every ward, at the entrance or the nursing station, A1 or A2; updated on the first working day of the month. English master edition. Georgian and other translations are added as they are clinically reviewed. Any facility may translate, add its logo and adapt wording to local practice — keeping the ASF block, the source attribution and the licence line on the sheet.
