Purpose
Records each escort’s and crew member’s qualification, recent experience, certification and the pre-shift check before each shift.
How to complete
- Check each credential before the shift starts.
- Record the pre-shift check the same day.
- Remove anyone whose certification has lapsed from duty until it is renewed.
