Purpose
Records each policy audit, its sample, the gaps found, and the action and check for each gap. It is the evidence that policies are followed in practice and that gaps are closed.
How to complete
- Record each audit with the policy, the date, the areas sampled and the auditor.
- Record each gap with its action, owner, due date and the date the action was checked.
- Summarise the results each year for the governing body.
