What it is
An oxygen safety poster (no smoking or flames, no oil or grease, cylinders secured and stored upright, valves closed when not in use, handling and transport) and the cylinder log: cylinder ID, size, delivered, contents on daily check, in use / full / empty, exchanged — plus the supply calculation for 72 hours.
Where to use it
Oxygen store, every ward with cylinders, the emergency department; the log checked daily by the duty nurse.
